Our story
Hôtel Le Paquis was founded in 1963 by Mr. and Mrs. Mazzega, natives of old Tignes. Today, it is one of the last establishments in the region still run by authentic Tignards. Initially created to accommodate workers and various company committees, the hotel has evolved over the years to become a warm retreat for families and couples looking to enjoy the beauty of the French Alps. In 2009, the hotel underwent a complete renovation and was equipped with a wood boiler and solar panels to minimize its environmental impact. Every corner of the hotel is filled with a piece of its rich history, with walls adorned with photos of old Tignes, sports trophies, and celebrity autographs.
